Senior journalist and TV producer with over 10 years of experience in the media industry.

Dana graduated with a B.A in Communication and Information Studies majoring in Journalism from the American University in Dubai.

She spent 4 years in the news industry, working in MBC news as a reporter & segment presenter.

She then moved to MBC’s flagship Morning Show “Sabah El Kheir Ya Arab” and produced a 30 episode series on Syrian refugees in Europe.

During the 4 years that followed, she produced & presented daily morning news bulletins and press reviews on MBC1.

In 2019 Dana obtained her M.A in Media Leadership and Innovation from the American University in Dubai, and graduated top of her batch.

During the past 3 years Dana produced multiple shows on MBC. Ex.: Sabah El Kheir Ya Arab, Everybody wins tonight, Secret Dinner club, etc.

In addition to producing the show, Dana presents topics related to knowledge and pop culture on Sabah El Kheir Ya Arab.

Today Dana producesMBC’s top Female talk show “Kalam Nawaem”.

In addition to her work at MBC, Dana is a lecturer on Cultural Studies & Media at SAE, Dubai. She also hosts her own podcast أحاديث بتشبهنا  in which she discusses how books, film & arts relate to our lives and reality.
